White tea is known to be one of the most delicate tea varieties because it is so minimally processed. White tea is harvested before the tea plant's leaves open fully, when the young buds are still covered by fine white hairs, hence the name "white" tea.
These buds and unfurled leaves from the newest growth on the tea plant are handpicked and then quickly and meticulously dried, so the leaves are not allowed to oxidize as long as leaves plucked for green or black tea production. This minimal processing and low oxidation results in some of the most delicate and freshest tea available.

White Peony Tea is a slightly-oxidated white tea, which means the Baimudan tea does not fry or roll to kill the enzymes and to stop oxidation; instead, white peony tea is withered or dried directly from the fresh leaves. The reason it is called peony is that after brewing, the elegant shape of one bud with green leaves resembles a newly-open peony bud. White peony tea is also called as PaiMuDan tea.

2) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
